it's been pretty sunny and warm out recently, it's rather lovely. feels like summer. i long for the days of summer to come: days spent with friends, wearing shorts and sunglasses. iv already raided my last years sunglasses out... but no doubt i will purchase another few pairs this year too :)

i wanted to make this post about the wedding i was at on good friday, but i'm still waiting on all the pictures coming back, so i'll have to postpone it a while.

i'm back from my wonderful 48hour trip to london. on friday night i was at sarah's 18th birthday party, and then jennifer picked me up and 6:50 on saturday morning, so i'm really very tired. i think it'll take about a week for me to fully recover.

london, arctic monkeys, train journeys. amazing, incredible, surreal. i really did have the best time with jennifer this weekend. the train journeys were hilarious, i don't think iv ever laughed so much in my life before. the gig was just indescribeable. it was at the royal albert hall (fancy fancy!) and we had the best possible view, choir seats indeed. oh oh oh, and we saw nick hoult. aka tony from skins series 1 and 2. arctic monkeys sounded amazing, as always and it was fun seeing peoples reactions to our scottish accents. :)

my room has turned into a complete shambles over the past week. i feel like i could open up a little store in here. i wonder if people would buy my things?

and not to forget the giant mass of everything on my bedside table...happy mother's day.

iv been so wrapped up in all the crazy lately that i completly forgot to mention the sterophonics gig i went to.

it was a really good night. besides me and jen, everyone was like 20+ and kept giving us the 'what the fuck are you here for?' look, but we didnt care. it was a crazy gig. this man started hitting on me at one point, but thankfully he took the hint and moved away. overall, the music was amazing and i had fun. :)
