i went to see Biffy Clyro last night. they were fucking amazing. the setlist was beyond any level of greatness i could ever imagine and simon has died his hair back dark and it makes him look soooo nice. we (me, clare and calum) stood right down the front and then it got crazy. i couldn't breathe, got head-butted by this big guy, threw up in my mouth a couple of times but i survived my first mosh put. ha! all the songs were so unbelievable wow, i can't pick a favourite. oh, and at the end, scott bought me a Biffy Clyro poster. great night.

bruises and aching bones from the gig combined with tiredness from working resulted in very little effort in taking pictures of recent purchases, but i'll be sure to get those up soon. however, here is my new blouse from new look, which i wore to work today with topshop jodpurs and my new boots.

i promise to blog over the weekend about my latest purchases. i've spent so much money lately, it's actually left me with zilch in my bank account. tomorrow i'm going to see harry potter and the deathly hallows part 1 (yessssssss!!!!!) and until then, i leave you with some disposable prints from jennifer's camera.

i've been such a busy bee these past few weeks. all of the gigs were beyond amazing, seriously the best nights of my life, and i worked on a photoshoot for a hairdressing school too.

last night my friends came over and we lit rockets, played with sparklers, danced (very badly) and took about a million pictures. me and ellie re-created the alex turner and miles kane picture, then me and jennifer did the alexa chung and alex turner one. it was such a good night. i really do love my friends lots and lots.

i wore: floral print dress from new look, chunky-knit cardi which i got in the river island sale last year, and my winter print bobble hat.

judging by the weather, winter is officially here (what actually did happen to our summer?) and i'm sure christmas will be here before we know it, so i'm going christmas shopping next friday to glasgow with jennifer. we'll probably just shop and go to starbucks and have a really nice time, as always. hope you all had a great fireworks night!

hello, bloggers. i'd like to apologise for the mess of my blog at the moment, i'm in the process of giving it a 'new look' and it's taking quite some time to re-do each post with larger images etc. i do hope you are all having a great week, and highly suggest you have a listen to the velvet underground, if you are not already a fan.

i should really be doing business homework right now...

i spent the last week up north, for october break, with jenna and my parents. we didn't do anything exciting, just spent the week going walks through the forest where we had mini photoshoots and wandering into town.

and here are a couple of looks we opted for, throughout the week.

i'm really looking forward to the next two weekends, as next saturday i'm going to see One Night Only and then on sunday i'm going to see McFly. then the next again weekend, i'm going to see Mystery Jets on saturday and Foals on the sunday. the Foals gig is actually on halloween, so i'm sure it'll be pretty rad when some people dress up. i'm considering going as a native indian, but in a very simple form, as i don't want to get too dressed up for a gig.
